DELIVERY
We use Parcelforce's 48 Hour Delivery Service which usually means you receive your items up to 48 hours after they are shipped. Your items can be tracked and a signiture is required upon delivery.
Once your items are collected from Luna & Loop HQ the responsibility to deliver your items is with Parcelforce and any issues with delivery should be addressed with them. If you do encounter any problems please do let us know as soon as possible and we will assist you in any way we can.
Shipping prices are for UK delivery - We do not currently ship Overseas.
RETURNS
Although, we are confident you are going to love your Luna & Loop purchase, we appreciate that there may be occasions when you wish to return your item(s).
Our policy allows you to return any unwanted items after delivery. All returned items must be unused, in original condition and have any labels attached.
Our Made to Order Crochet Moses baskets, Changing Baskets & Nappy Caddy items are all non-refundable.
Our Boucle & Plush Cribs are non-refundable.
Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Please email hello@lunaandloop.com detailing what item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. Please ensure you include your name, contact details and order number.
When returning your items, please ensure you include a note with your name, contact details, order number and the item(s) enclosed within the package. It is your choice which courier/ postal service you use however, please ensure this is a tracked service as Luna & Loop are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
